Abstract

Planning to develop teaching staff at medical colleges is an important content to develop a competent and well-rounded teaching staff at medical colleges, capable of fulfilling the educational and training missions of the schools at present. This article thoroughly analyses and clarifies some basic requirements for planning to develop the teaching staff at medical colleges so as to meet the new requirements at present.
