Peer Review Process
The VJE works on a double-blind review system with at least two reviewers used to evaluate manuscripts for publication. The identities of both reviewers and authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. The editor-in-chief has the right to reject the manuscripts without peer-review when the manuscript does not meet the following requirements: - Journal aims and scopes; - Significance; - Academic tone & style; - Consistence; - Plagiarism.
